Jagdeep Johal, HR Manager

“Manali Reddy is a good coach who listens intently and gives a lot of guidance and support to ensure you get the best of each session. She makes you feel at ease and provides a safe and comfortable space to explore your needs. Throughout the process, she has been very helpful and given lots of support and guidance where possible.

Since starting the programme, I have experienced better sleep, less tension and feel I have more time for myself in terms of my health and fitness. I now listen to my body and what it needs and wants instead what I think it needs. I sleep much better without wakening in the night and have less restless legs.

I was given the reports at the end of each session to help remind me of what was discussed, and I felt the experience was 10/10 beneficial. To anyone else, I would say really pay attention to your body.”

Lola Ileyemi, Mother, Law Student

“Manali is a very lovely, knowledgeable and friendly person. She has a vibrant, engaging personality and is a great listener. I feel very comfortable during my sessions; our sessions are a safe and warm space for me where Manali is respectful, sensitive and welcoming.

Since starting the programme, I’ve been thinking alot more about what I’ve been consuming. I am able to understand meditation alot more and integrating this into my daily routine. The coaching has helped by keeping me motivated and continuously reassessing my short term goals.

I look forward to my sessions each week. To someone considering joining this health coaching programme, I would say keep an open mind and go for it!”

Angela Martinez Acacio, Senior Manager, Commercial strategy

“Manali was extremely patient with me and gave me a lot of information – starting from the basics, about Ayurveda medicine. She asked loads of questions and listened to all my answers and reasonings. Her questions often led to me becoming aware of something which was already within my reach but I had not made the click.

Through this coaching I have somehow managed to find the will power to stick to my health goals. Also to ensure they were realistic, even taking some extra time when needed.

Manali has been very patient listening to all my answers, questions and reasonings. She has enabled me to reach some conclusions about my health, about the goals I wanted to set and about the tools and mechanisms to ensure I could fulfil them. She has made me aware of many things which were already in me, but I had not taken the time or interest in exploring. And the learning about Ayurveda medicine has been a bonus!

I had never learned about Ayurveda so Manali had to start from the very beginning, which she did patiently and thoroughly, and provided some auxiliary resources (documentation, website to check foods which are aggravating or pacifying for me…)She has also generously shared with me her report on sleep, which I am finding extremely interesting and relevant.
I have completely eradicated the habit of snacking after dinner. The first week it was tough, but it got easier until I have reached the point where I don’t even need to think about it – it is now within me and I couldn’t be happier.

I have also managed to be able to sleep without taking the phone to bed, or even to the bedroom. This one is being more challenging but I can see the benefits: from being less tired to consuming less irrelevant (and sometimes even negative) content. This habit is proving harder to keep but having reached the first goal, I feel more determined to keep trying until it becomes natural. Same way I don’t take shoes to bed, I won’t even consider taking the phone to bed.

I’d like to stress Manali’s great combination of technical knowledge with enormous patience and generosity with her listening, her time, her support, her accompanying me in this health improvement effort.

I would totally recommend this program – with two prerequisites: have tangible and realistic goals, and be very open minded so that the coaching can be effective.”

Anonymous, NHS Psychiatry Consultant

“Manali is a very committed coach who is truly invested in the client having a better understanding of their health. She provided a new framework for understanding my health and was very good at keeping the responsibility with the client, putting in a lot of effort to understand the needs of the client and what is important to them.

During our sessions, she held a safe and comfortable space and accommodated my time requirements. We worked on small realistic goals in an incremental manner, and if I digressed to other problems, she was able to gently bring them back to the relevance of the other problems to their health.

Since starting the programme, I have a better understanding of how my stress manifests and have cut down on snacks. I feel motivated working with her instead of trying it by myself. I would highly recommend someone to join this health coaching programme and really enjoyed working with Manali as my coach.”

Klaire Atkinson, Animal rights activist

“Manali as a coach is very professional whilst managing to be caring, kind and considerate. She listens patiently and is very attentive, never making you feel rushed. Throughout our time together, she was able to keep me focused and enthusiastic about future steps in Ayurvedic practices, and I found her feedback to be always enthusiastic, nurturing and encouraging.

The programme has helped me to move from a place of inertia to one of proactive improvement, resulting in a sense of rebalancing. I found all of our sessions extremely valuable leaving me feeling as though I am making considerable progress towards my goals.

All of this made possible with her guidance. I would both gladly and highly recommend Manali as a practitioner to any of my friends and would say the programme is a very valuable resource.”
